Lavide Holding N.V. (“Lavide” or the “Company”) refers to its press release of March 4, 2026, in which it announced that the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, “AFM”) had approved the Company’s prospectus on 4 March 2026. The approved prospectus relates to the admission of up to 50,995,000 A shares in the share capital of the Company (the “Listing Shares”).
