Lavide Holding N.V. has been listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange since 1998.

The company was formerly known as Qurius N.V..

After Qurius was bought by Prodware, Lavide Holding NV was a company without operational activities.
This changed last year. Shareholders voted convincingly (>99%) in favor of changing the Articles of Association.

D.M. van den Ouden was elected as new CEO and 2 supervisory boardmembers were appointed.
Lavide Holding NV will be renamed to Fair Financing Firm NV in the near future and three new subsidiaries were founded late 2022.

The new company wants to make a social impact by donating 10% of their profits to charity.
